buying lvl 30 diplomatic weapon for ranger

i need a lvl 30 diplomatic weapon or the stuff required to get it. i cant get a party and i cant do the adventure on my own

You can't craft it. Only available if you can find or get a high level healer friend to heal you out of pt while you attack, but not necessarily need to be done in hard mode since getting the relevant quest from Gau will solve that issue.

Just don't spend gold to buy it since whoever's selling it is probably farming it on a high level char.

But on the other hand, since you will level up pretty fast at low levels via Training Quests and other available daily quests and events, I'll recommend saving whatever gold you have and focus on getting a Lv60 Diplomatic weapon instead. From Lv60 onwards, it does seem to get just slightly slower for your EXP bar to level up, especially if you are more of a casual player logging into the game for under 8 hours per day. EXP bar will get even slower once you hit Lv90+/-

P/S: Lv60 diplomatic gears and weapons can be crafted, recipes drop from River Temple I and River Temple II mobs. The main mats needed to craft must be farmed on the bosses in hard mode though. And depending on which type of mats it is, it could be cheaper to buy the mats and craft them instead of buying an actual diplomatic weapon.
