Arcanist's Shard [2]

Hello there ESO Players!

There comes many times I've been browsing around several forums about obtaining the Arcanist's Shard [2]. By the looks of it, it seems as though the first two are obtained through Chauncy in Pokari or in Shadowhaul/Sandstorm. At this time around, I only need the Arcanist's Shard [2] in order to create my Windscale Robe and Sapphire Hairpin for Conjurer. I have been to Shadowhaul a few times in search for the instances that is require to craft my equipments. However, I have no idea where to find the instances.

Some say that they are in the dungeon of Shadowhaul from the nodes. Honestly, I have no idea where the dungeon is or where the nodes are even though I have been searching Shadowhaul a several times before. Thus, I want to know the EXACT location of where to find the Arcanist's Shard [2]! Please leave me a guidance message, thank you!

hello. There are two shadowmauls, the one on the map, which is NOT the instance and the instance one... to get there you would have to get the map from the city dweller who walks in a circle of the middle of pokari. talk to him, go to quest related and ask for the shadow maul map...

Note it'll be appear like a quest, so make sure u have 1 quest slot open and a item slot in bag. about 10 seconds later u should of got the map...

Next talk to Chauncy whos also around the middle of pokari, and do a adventure register.

look for shadowmaul map and enter the channel you currently are in (the first listing is the channel ur currently in). You cannot register for other channels, you must change channel to go to that que.


Note that Inactive status means no ones in it, and its ready to go in. Preparing means someone was just in there and its restarting, u have to wait some minutes for it to be ready (i'd switch channels)

and in combat means someone is in there already...

Please note that monsters in the dungeons are pretty dam hard, its advised to bring a bright pet with heal (aka mend) and fuse with a fierce pet...

IN the shadowmaul instance, u'll see arcanist shards, guardian shards, scoutshards. You need the appropiate tool to use it on. I'd bring about 10 of these so u can get as much as u need. You will get about 5 or 10 of these materials per strike however u are guaranteed to lose one of your tools. Waiting 5-10 seconds the shard should reappear. if it doesnt that means its empty meaning u have to restart instance.




Killing the monsters within the instance gives u material etyhrs (1) (2) (3), etc... These are also used in crafting in combined with shards usually...
