Where are ''Herbs''?

I know this is such a silly question, but I really can't find the herbs for a quest of mine. I'd really appreciate it if someone could answer soon!

[Harle - Ancestral Ruins]

if its bonesetting herb, is out pokari east gate, folo the path north abit

if its regular herb for low lvl quest, is found near your starting zones

if its foraging /craft type herb, can press M + select the one u want out of the auto-route.

but in general, if u see green text in the quest window, click it yah
will auto-run u to the quest item, or npc, or monster it asking u find.

I thank you too! I didn't know about the autorun feature, now I too may find the herbs.
